Spring and Lilacs

Natural sunlight helps infuse the lilacs.

Our spring was off to an exciting start with an early lilac bloom.

Spring is always magic in our hearts, but here in Colorado, it is just as often volatile and fleeting.Winter’s frosty hands reached out and touched our lilacs, as they so often do. Record 90-degree warmth gave way to a sudden snowstorm—and just like that, the bloom was gone.

But for a brief moment, it was everything.

And as always, we bottled that magic.

This year, the batch is smaller—a reflection of the season itself.Shorter, more delicate, and perhaps even more meaningful because of it.

The Return of Life

With the first buzz of bees, spring begins to stir something deeper.

Hope returns quietly at first—in the hum of wings,in the soft green pushing through soil,in the knowing that life is still moving beneath the surface.

All of our perennial herbs and flowers made it through their seasonal slumber. Each new sprout feels like reassurance.

A reminder that the earth is not fragile in the ways we sometimes fear—she is cyclical, responsive, and wise.

She is our living compass.

And we trust her.

What the Season Teaches Us

Spring here is never predictable.

It arrives boldly, retreats suddenly, and asks us to trust anyway.

To gather what we can.To honor what is fleeting. To keep tending, even when conditions are uncertain. And, oh yeah, to dress in layers!

This is the rhythm we follow—in the garden, and in everything we create.

Wildly pure. Thoughtfully made. From seasons that cannot be controlled—only honored.
